Whether you’re booking from overseas or already in Aotearoa, you’ll know exactly what to expect — and you can trust us to deliver.

1. Ready-To-Roll Promise
Every van is road-trip ready when you arrive.
All campervans are regularly serviced and safety-checked, and we complete a 100-point check before every hire. They’re cleaned and triple-checked before pick-up – if you spot anything we’ve missed, we’ll fix it before you leave or offer you a swap/upgrade at pick up.

2. Accuracy Promise
You get the camper you book – or better.
We guarantee your camper matches the specs on our website – no bait-and-switch, no last-minute downgrades at pick-up.
If we can’t supply the model you booked that meets those specs, we’ll upgrade you at no extra cost or let you walk away without paying a cent.

3. Transparency Promise
No hidden costs. Ever.
Insurance, extras and one-way fees are clearly shown before you confirm.
We show your total price, bond and insurance costs before you pay.
Optional add-ons are always marked as optional – never snuck into the total.
Apart from your fully refundable deposit (direct bookings only), you don’t pay until the day of pick-up, so you can book with confidence from the other side of the world.

4. Peace-of-Mind Promise
Insurance that actually makes sense.
From standard excess to zero-excess cover, we lay out your options in plain English so you can pick what suits your trip and budget – no jargon, no pressure.
We’re not going to hard-sell you insurance add-ons or set an oversized excess just to force you to take them.

5. Time Promise
We respect your holiday time.
You shouldn’t have to queue and be delayed when collecting your campervan after a long-haul flight. From our free airport pick-up to driving away, we aim to have the keys in your hand within 60 minutes. If delays on our side push you past that, we’ll give you a $50 Bookme voucher to use on activities during your trip.

6. Change-Of-Plans Promise
Life happens – your booking can flex.
Book directly with a fully refundable deposit (direct bookings only) right up to the day of pick-up.
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we’ll hold your campervan and you won’t pay for that day. If you need to cancel for any reason, you’ll get your deposit back.
If you turn up and don’t like the campervan, no worries – you can walk away and we won’t charge you. That’s real flexibility.

7. Here-For-You Promise
Support that’s easy to reach.
We aim to answer 90% of calls within 5 minutes during opening hours.
We respond to emails and messages within 2 business hours (during opening hours).
We aim to respond to WhatsApp and Facebook messages even faster.
If you’re on the road and it’s urgent, we’ll stay on the line until you know exactly what to do next.

8. On-The-Road Promise
You get nationwide roadside assistance to keep you moving.
If a mechanical breakdown that’s not your fault stops you reaching your next destination, we’ll refund the day’s hire plus any reasonable pre-booked non-refundable activity costs.
If something essential in your camper stops working as it should, our specialised nationwide repairers will fix it or we’ll make it right – such as refunding the cost of spoiled food if the fridge fails.
We’ll do everything we reasonably can to get you back on the road or into a replacement vehicle.

9. No Surprise Promise
The end of your trip should be as stress-free as the start.
We’re upfront about what might be charged at the end of your hire, including damage, cleaning and any speeding / parking tickets or tolls (that we are aware of).
If there’s no damage or extra charges (like if you don’t empty your toilet), there are no unexpected deductions from your bond — and any costs passed on are real, documented expenses only. No hidden fees. No surprise mark-ups.

10. Future Promise
Your once-in-a-lifetime road trip shouldn’t cost the earth.
We offset the carbon from our airport shuttles and branches, and you can add a simple Carbon Offset to your booking to do your part.
For every dollar you choose to offset, we’ll match your contribution and pass 100% of those funds to certified climate projects – helping keep Aotearoa New Zealand just as special for future travellers as it is now.
